Inventory Management

  • Periodic analysis of inventory including monthly physical verification, review of inventory ageing, identify non-moving/slow moving/dead stock
  • Develop consumption matrix to enable systematic checks on the consumption and inventory yield
  • Develop re-order levels for key items of inventory to ensure continuous and smooth functioning of the production

Accounts Payable Management

  • Periodic analysis of vendors categorizing them into food and non food, ensuring ageing review, circulation of balances confirmations and reconciliations, allocation of payments for settlement of outstanding as per ageing matrix
  • Procurement analysis and ensuring best quote purchases, vendor contracts management
  • Ensure proper and timely reconciliation of cash of all the stores– cash sales-being the most critical are of the business
