Accounting & Taxation Conceptualization, Development and Implementation of SOP's for: Accounting Services Finance Functions Inventory Management End-to-end support for accounts function, including but not limited to: Preparation of annual unaudited financial statements Overall responsibility for closure of financial accounts Book keeping (manage entire function including transaction recording, treasury operations, receivables and payable managements,etc.) Liaising with auditors and ensuring successful annual audit closure Payroll structuring, support in complex accounting matters End-to-end support in tax and regulatory services, including but not limited to: Appropriate calculation and timely remittances of all applicable direct and indirect taxes Filing of monthly/quarterly/semi-annually and annual returns for all various taxes applicable to the business Support in tax structuring, transfer pricing arrangements and tax
